Chromeleon Level 1: An Introduction to Chromeleon

This one-day beginner-level course is designed for chromatographers new to the Chromeleon® chromatography data system. Starting from the initial application launch, the course covers all basic aspects of Chromeleon, allowing a new user to perform all steps required to operate their chromatography system and run, process and report samples.

The class includes extensive examples and hands-on exercises throughout. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to, basic navigation and key concepts, interactive instrument operation, setup and execution of automated runs, basic integration and quantification, basic reporting and file management. Each participant will have access to a Chromeleon laboratory workstation, configured with a simulated Dionex IC and/or HPLC system, although most of the material applies equally to alternative configurations.

Who Should Attend:

Chromatographers who are new to Chromeleon or current Chromeleon users who wish to review the basics.

Course Requirements:

Prior experience of Chromeleon is not required, but participants should have a working knowledge of the fundamentals of chromatography, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Windows.
