How do I establish an account with Dionex Corporation?

Simply complete the Dionex Credit Application form*
2. Mail or fax your application to Dionex Corporation:

3. Dionex will then review your application and proceed with
  your order - or contact you for further information.

How does my Net 30 account work?


Upon approval of your credit application, your account will be established. An invoice will be issued at the time of shipment of your order. Full payment is then due 30 days from your invoice/shipment date.

What if I have questions about my account?


Simply call the credit Department at (408) 481-4119 and someone will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

What if I need to increase my credit limit?


All accounts are reviewed on an annual basis. Interim reviews can be arranged as needed by providing Dionex with updated financial information.

What if I select third-party financing?


Dionex needs to know your third-party funding source at the time your order is placed. Simply indicate the name of that company on the application as well as someone we can contact regarding the transaction.
