Quaternary Micro Pumps

The Quaternary Micro Pumps are the heart of the UltiMate®  3000 Quaternary Micro HPLC Systems and provides optimal flexibility for a broad range of research, method development, and routine applications. Up to four solvents may be used for convenient method development, system flushing, and eluent preparation. The Quaternary Micro Pumps deliver low-pressure gradient proportioning for method development and routine analyses for a wide variety of industries and are a popular front-end for LC-MS applications.

  • A robust, dependable quaternary LC pumping system that can deliver up to four solvents for simple isocratic operation or complex gradient formation
  • Fast and precise narrow bore analyses on 2–3-mm i.d. columns with all the advantages of low-pressure gradient proportioning
  • Supports a flow rate range from 10 μL/min to 2.5 mL/min, pressures up to 50 MPa (7250 psi), and a flow rate accuracy typically at +0.25% at 200 μL/min
  • SmartFlowTM  technology that ensures consistent flow rate precision, retention time reproducibility, and gradient delays of less than 1 min and proportioning accuracy typically at +1% at 200 μL/min
  • Available in a biocompatible version with all wetted flow path components made of inert materials including titanium, sapphire, ceramics, and high performance polymers
