Dual-Gradient Analytical Pump

The Dual-Gradient Analytical Pumps are the heart of the UltiMate® 3000 x2 Dual Analytical HPLC Systems and make advanced chromatographic techniques a realistic and practical option. They support all standard HPLC applications and are particularly suitable for all research and routine laboratories that would like to increase sample throughput, achieve higher chromatographic resolutions, or automate tedious sample preparation steps like analyte enrichment or matrix elimination.

  • The dual-gradient pump incorporates two ternary gradient pumps in the footprint of a single LC system
  • Accommodate two different applications on an x2 dual system with different solvents and columns, and switch between applications without re-plumbing the system [more]
  • Supports a wide operating flow rate range from 200 μL/min to 10 mL/min, pressures up to 50 MPa (7250 psi), and a flow rate accuracy of +0.1% at 1 mL/min
  • SmartFlow TM  technology that ensures consistent flow rate precision and retention time reproducibility, with a system delay volume of 360 μL [more]
  • Achieve up to 100% higher sample throughput, without changing existing methods by running samples in a Tandem LC or Parallel LC mode [more]
  • Control of x2 dual systems with Chromeleon® ensures ease-of-use, documentation of all instrument settings, and automated start-up and shut-down routines.
  • Available in a biocompatible version with all wetted flow path components made of inert materials including titanium, sapphire, ceramics, and high performance polymers
