Cationic surfactants are useful for their microbicidal properties, but are difficult to analyze with conventional HPLC columns because of poor peak shapes. The Acclaim^® Surfactant column has a deactivated surface that produces sharp, well-resolved peaks for all types of quaternary surfactants.
