Separation of different types of molecules in mixtures containing bases, neutrals and acids can prove challenging. The novel column chemistry of the Acclaim Mixed-Mode WAX-1 proivides a multi-mode separation mechanism that includes hydrophobic, anion-exchange and cation-exclusion interactions. This example shows separation of these pharmaceutical molecules with complete baseline resolution.
