Separation of different types of molecules in mixtures containing bases, neutrals and acids can prove to ba challenging. The novel column chemistry of the Acclaim Mixed-Mode WAX-1 results in a multi-mode separation mechanism that includes hydrophobic, anion-exchange and cation-exclusion interactions. This column can separate all these molecules with baseline resolution.
