| Phospholipids in Egg Lecithin | |
|
Egg lecithin mostly contains phosphatidyl choline with a variety of C16-C20 fatty acid chains. The Acclaim PolarAdvantage
shows some normal-phase-like behavior under low-aqueous conditions, and its long 24-atom surface bonding gives it good shape
and size selectivity. This combination makes it excellent for characterizing phospholipids.
