Benzidines are carcinogenic dye intermediates sometimes found in wastewater, and may be assayed either by LC or GC methods. Here, benzidines are resolved on the Acclaim^® PA under the same conditions used for N-nitrosamine analysis in U.S. EPA Method 8270.
