Acclaim^® Mixed-Mode HILIC-1 columns are packed with a new silica-based stationary phase that incorporates both reversed-phase (RP) and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) properties. The column features hydrophobic alkyl chain and hydrophilic diol functionalities.

The combined functionality of the new Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC-1 columns gives the chromatographer vastly more separation power then either reversed-phase or HILIC supports alone. This new Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC is designed to separate highly polar compounds and nonpolar molecules. It can be used in either reversed-phase mode or normal phase mode.

The Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC-1 column features:
