Acclaim 120 Silica-Based Reversed-Phase Columns for Small Molecule Analysis

The Acclaim® 120 line of silica-based reversed-phase columns is comprised of four highly characterized C18 and C8 phases that have very high surface coverage and very low metal content, for exceptional performance. The columns are rugged, reliable, and ideally suited for a wide range of HPLC applications in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, and life science separations areas. All the phases are LC/MS compatible with very low background and good capacity for use with high organic mobile phases.

Acclaim PolarAdvantage: Rugged Polar-Embedded Reversed-Phase Columns for the Analysis of Polar and Nonpolar Compounds

The Acclaim® PolarAdvantage (PA) columns feature a patented bonding chemistry that incorporates a polar sulfonamide group near the surface of the silica particle. This unique chemistry provides for enhanced hydrolytic stability and allows a single column to resolve both polar and nonpolar analytes. The Acclaim PA is compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases and exhibits high reversed-phase capacity. As with all the Acclaim column, the Acclaim PA is LC/MS compatible because of the stable bonding chemistry.

Acclaim® PA2: A Polar-Embedded Reversed-Phase Column with Selectivity Complementary to Conventional C18 Columns

The Acclaim® PolarAdvantage II (PA2) columns feature a patented bonding chemistry that provides enhanced hydrolytic stability from pH 1.5–10 and allows a single column to resolve both polar and nonpolar analytes. The Acclaim PA2 is compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases and exhibits high reversed-phase capacity, with selectivity complementary to conventional C18 columns such as the Acclaim 120 C18. As with all Acclaim columns, the Acclaim PA2 is LC/MS-compatible because of the stable bonding chemistry.

Acclaim RSLC Columns: Powerful Solutions with the UltiMate 3000 Intelligent LC System

The Acclaim® RSLC columns are designed to increase throughput while maintaining robust methods and ease of use. The columns are ideal for use with the Dionex UltiMate® 3000 RSLC system. The RSLC columns are available with well-established Acclaim reversed-phase packing for proven separation power and efficiency.

IonPac NS1 Polymeric Reversed-Phase Column

The IonPac® NS1 column is a reversed-phase column that can be used for standard reversed-phase applications, but is ideal for ion-pair or ion-suppression separations of hydrophobic, ionizable compounds such as organic acids and surfactants. The NS1 is also ideal for Mobile Phase Ion Chromatography (MPIC®), which combines ion-pair chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection, for the analysis of large molecules that carry localized charges (e.g., surfactants), as well as other ions that are not amenable to separation by ion-exchange chromatography.
