New Acclaim® RSLC 2.2 µm Columns
Acclaim Rapid Separation Liquid Chromatography (RSLC) 2.2 µm columns achieve high-throughput separation without sacrificing
chromatographic performance. These columns, together with the UltiMate® RSLC system, provide ultrafast, high efficiency LC separations. The Acclaim RSLC columns are based on high-purity spherical
porous silica gel. Currently, two column chemistries are available - Acclaim RSLC 2.2 µm C18 and Acclaim RSLC 2.2 µm PolarAdvantage
II (PA2). Acclaim RSLC C18 2.2 µm material features high-density monomeric C18 chemistry with exhaustive end-capping. As a
result, it provides the same selectivity of standard C18 phase and extremely low silanol activity. Acclaim RSLC PA2 2.2 µm
materials features amide-embedded chemistry with excellent hydrolytic stability (pH 1.5 to 10). In addition, it provides selectivity
complementary to its C18 counterpart.
Acclaim RSLC 3 µm Columns
Acclaim RSLC 3 µm columns achieve separation performance while maintaining low column pressure. A column inner diameter of
3 mm makes RSLC columns fully compatible with standard analytical LC instrumentation, and saves up to 85% solvent compared
to a 4.6-mm column of otherwise identical features. Three packing phases are available for the Acclaim RSLC 3 µm columns:
Acclaim 120 C18, Acclaim PolarAdvantage (PA), and Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2).

Intelligent Solutions for RSLC
The Dionex complete solution for RSLC combines Acclaim column technology with UltiMate 3000 RSLC systems. The 2.2 µm columns
are packed with both C18 reversed-phase packing and PA2 (amide-polar embedded) packing; in both 2.1 x 100 mm and 2.1 x 50
mm formats. The 3 µm columns are available in 3 mm ID and 33 mm or 75 mm lengths, packed with 3 µm stationary phases. Acclaim
RSLC columns integrate with Dionex UltiMate 3000 RSLC systems to provide superior performance, reliability, and ease of use.
