For HPLC and Rapid Separation (RSLC) applications, the Thermostatted Column Compartment facilitates the most accurate and precise temperature control. The rapid separation version of this module features thermostatting up to 110 °C and an integrated post column cooler. This device actively cools the mobile phase before the detector for optimum noise and drift performance when operating at very high temperatures.
The Flow Manager is based on this technology but also integrates the UltiFlow™ active splitting technology into the column compartment. It is the ideal solution for chromatography users looking to work at nano/cap/micro flow rates who require high retention time precision. In both the Thermostatted Column Compartment and the Flow Manager, up to two switching valves can be integrated for various LCi switching techniques.
The third column thermostatting option is the Autosampler Column Compartment. It consists of a pulled-loop-injection principle autosampler with an integrated column oven. The module is the perfect choice for cost effective analytical scale routine applications.
