| The Semipreparative Autosampler is an essential component of the Ultimate® 3000 HPLC Semipreparative Systems and performs rapid, accurate, and precise injections without carryover between sample injections. The Semipreparative Autosampler is intelligently designed to deliver mL injection volumes while minimizing backpressure contributions from the autosampler. The Ultimate 3000 Semipreparative Autosamplers are recommended for all semipreparative HPLC instrument configurations and are available in a standard and thermostatted version. - Robust, dependable performance with low operating and maintenance costs
- Supports large volume injection range from 0.10 up to 2.5 mL
- The flow path has been designed to generate low backpressure even at flow rates up to 50 mL/min
- Supports large vial formats from 4 mL to 10 mL for multiple large volume injections of the same sample
